Sel nädalavahetusel, 23.–25. augustil toimus Mesikäpa Hallis rahvusvaheline turniir Põlva Cup 2024. Esindatud oli terve Baltikum – lisaks Servitile konkureerisid tiitli nimel HC Kehra/Horizon Pulp&Paper, Leedu HC Amber ja Läti HK Ogre. 16. korda toimuva Põlva Cupi võitjaks tuli kodumeeskond Serviti.
Turniiri viimases matšis kohtusid Serviti ja Läti klubi HK Ogre. Võitmatuna püsinud Serviti oli juba varasemate võitude toel omale esikoha garanteerinud ning ei vandunud alla ka viimases mängus. Nõnda jäi Põlva Cupi lõppakordina kõlama tulemus 35:18 (19:8), mis helises Serviti kasuks.
Otsustavas 2.–3. koha mängus heitlesid omavahel HC Kehra/Horizon Pulp&Paper ja HC Amber. Viimane tegi veenva esituse ning tuli hõbedale tulemusega 27:22 (15:10).
Järjekordse Põlva Cupi lõppjärjestus kujunes sel aastal järgmiseks: esikohale tuli Põlva Serviti 6 punktiga, hõbeda võitis HC Amber 4 punktiga, 3. kohale platseerus HC Kehra/Horizon Pulp&Paper 2 punktiga ning viimase koha sai HK Ogre, kes ei avanudki võiduarvet.
